Engage in creative self-expression through your very own terrarium.
Through a guided activity, each person will get to create a terrarium that represents themselves. Personalize it with your very own figures too!
Learn the basic building blocks of growing and caring for your own little eco system, and watch it flourish.
My Terrarium and Me is a calming, reflective activity that encourages mindfulness and self-awareness.
As participants carefully select plants, soil, and decorative elements, they are guided through a reflection process that helps them articulate their values, strengths, and aspirations.
The terrarium becomes a tangible reminder of their personal growth journey — something they can take home and nurture.
